workshops & events

Get out of the stressful everyday life and into the present moment with meditation, cocao, philosophy, exchange & more. 

My vision is to pass on the things that have had a hugely positive impact on my life and to share my knowledge and experience in the areas of psychology, consciousness, trauma, spirituality and personal development with people who are on the journey like me.

 

To this end, I create various workshops and events on a smaller scale in Switzerland. These can take the form of meditation events in the mountains, group nature coaching with cocao, philosophy and tea in the workshop garden or similar.

 

 

What is meditation?

Meditation is a mental and spiritual practice that involves focusing attention and eliminating distractions to cultivate awareness, clarity, and inner peace. It often includes techniques such as mindfulness, controlled breathing, moving or visualization to quiet the mind, foster emotional balance, and connect with a deeper sense of self or spirituality.

 

When I discovered meditation a few years ago, I didn't even realize the power behind this practice. In Switzerland, Thailand and Peru, I got to know different types, each of which has a different effect.

 

I am not exaggerating when I say that meditation has had a profound and lasting effect on my life. As different as people are, so different are their experiences and there is no right or wrong.

What is meditation good for?

 

Meditation lifts our mood, lowers our blood pressure, improves our ability to deal with emotions, increases our ability to concentrate, makes our thinking clearer and, above all, meditation promotes our awareness so that we can recognize blocking beliefs and unfavourable patterns of behaviour.

 

The extent to which all this happens is not directly visible, but if we meditate regularly, incredible changes in our consciousness and mental health can occur over time. 

 

In order to pass on the positive effects, smaller events are held at regular intervals and at selected locations to reconnect with each other, to discuss topics that concern us all and to meditate. 

 

Each event will have a specific theme (e.g. letting go, forgiveness, values, needs, beliefs, etc.) and in addition to the appropriate guided meditation, there will be coaching input for self-reflection

 

As meditation is still completely new for some, I will also talk about what meditation is, how I personally interpret it and what effects it can have. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion at each event.

  • Where: Arosa, Switzerland and beyond

  • Time: During the day or in the evening

  • Duration: 2-5 hours

  • Cost: Depending on the duration of the event USD 25 to 50 per person

  • Who is it suitable for: As no prior knowledge is required, anyone who is interested in the respective event and its topic is welcome. 

  • What to bring: Water, footwear depending on the location, sun protection, small blanket, plastic bag, something to write with.
