Whether mindful hikes or outdoor coaching for individuals, immerse yourself in the world between mindfulness and adventure and find out what is right for you to strengthen your holistic health.
In these times of change and growing challenges, we are looking for orientation, genuine connection, calm and support - this can be felt everywhere. This makes it all the more important to strengthen our inner stability and resilience in order to master individual and collective challenges.
I am creating a non-judgemental framework in which you can powerfully approach your desires, needs and, above all, your intuition, which is inherent in all of us. To do this, I work with selected methods that I have been able to get to know on my own journey and that are tailored to different needs.
Nature coaching involves spending time in nature, experiencing it with all your senses in powerful places with special qualities that serve as a contrast to your usual living and working environment. On the other hand, it is the movement which, in addition to physical activation, can also facilitate access to emotional levels. Rounded off with mindfulness exercises, meditations, reflection questions, exchange and coaching input tailored to the individual or group, a deep experience can take place in which you can get closer to yourself, your resources and your potential in a sustainable way.

Our mother nature offers us a value-free space that most of us remember positively from our childhood and automatically feel comfortable in. We don't have to achieve or prove anything here, we can simply BE.
