Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers

  • What can I expect on a Mindful Hike? A leisurely but intensive hike through nature in a small group of like-minded people, with mindfulness exercises, experiencing with the 5 senses, breathing exercises, meditations, open exchange, breaks, self-reflection and coaching input.

 

  • Do you have to be sporty for nature coaching? This is not a must, the setting of the coaching, as well as the speed and intensity, are adapted to you so that you can enjoy a time in which you feel completely comfortable.

  • Is it bad that I've never meditated before? That's not a problem, you don't have to be able to do anything with meditation. It is only the open willingness that counts.

  • What is forest bathing? A conscious immersion in the atmosphere of the forest, with mindfulness and breathing exercises.

  • How many people are on a Mindful Hike? This varies from hike to hike, but is usually between 3-6 participants. 

​

  • Do I have to talk to the others or can I go by myself? Everyone can get involved as much as they want and can show themselves as they are at this moment. 

​

  • Is there anything to eat along the way? Opportunities to treat yourself to something tasty are usually planned for the hikes. If not, this will be mentioned in advance in the info mail. 

​

  • What happens when it rains? If it is not a rain hike, the hike will be canceled and the participant can participate on another date. 

​

  • How many kilometers is a hike long? It depends on the planned route, mostly between 5 and 15 km.

​

  • How long does a mindful hike take? The exact duration is given for each hike, mostly between 5-8 hours. 

​

  • Can I also come with friends in a closed group? Of course, from a group of 4 people you can also book private Mindful Hikes. 

​

  • How can I pay? You can either pay in advance via Paypal or before the hike/coaching via Twint or Bar.
